One Transformational Tuning Session and guided meditation recording. This 60 minute online/ phone session is intended to help you establish goals and craft your intentions for the transformation you desire in your life and the work we will be doing together.
In this session we will tune to the frequency of what you are calling in, letting go of, transforming, honing, refining, designing. In addition to establishing and outlining your healing goals and desired outcomes, you will also receive a personalized recording of a Yoga Nidra style guided meditation created just for you.

You are not obligated to utilize the additional services (such as the yoga or forum) that are bundled with the packages or memberships offered, but I do not offer single sessions without a package or membership since I give priority scheduling to these clients. It is up to you to use or not use the additional non-covered items in the bundle.
If you want a "no pain, no gain" strictly physical massage then I advise you to find a different therapist. I am not a sports massage or deep tissue specialist.
However, I am happy to meet you where you are and focus each session on what is truly needed in the moment. Energy work does not always mean super light. Sometimes therapeutic, physical bodywork is super helpful and I am good at this!
My sessions almost always involve some amount of coaching/dialogue before we ever get to the table. This is an important aspect of Craniosacral and Polarity Therapy.
Finally, I would say that the woo is pretty much integrated into everything I do. However, I am also a very grounded, down-to-earth person. In my mind, woo is just a term people use for things they don't understand. Science is just now catching up to the profound benefits of Energy Medicine and there are many studies to back this up!

I am not contracted with any other private health insurance companies any longer. (I was at one time but the price of doing business with the insurance companies became unsustainable as their rates went down and their requirements went up).
HOWEVER: You may still book an individual session at my out of pocket rate and be able to submit a super bill on your own or turn in a receipt from me in order to get reimbursed for the amount they will cover.
You will need to find out from your insurance company what they will reimburse for out-of-network providers and how to do this. I can provide you with a receipt upon request but the rest is up to you to research. I would love to know what you discover!
Your insurance will reimburse for each in-person session that is included in your package or membership plan. The price of these sessions are already factored into the price of the package so you will not need to pay at the time of service.
In addition to these in-person sessions you will also be receiving everything else that is offered in the package at a discounted price.

You will need to email me (amandalux@elevationhive.com) your date of birth, address, a photo of your insurance card back and front and a photo of a valid massage prescription.

You are responsible to acquire and hold onto the original prescription, to send a photo of it to me and to track when you need a new one. I do not have a fax machine, and your doctor needs to give it to you not me.
I will have an intake form for you to fill out upon your arrival and at each visit but all of the above I will need in advance of your first session so I can verify your coverage.
I do not take health savings cards in office. If you want to use an insurance health savings card to pay the facility fee or to purchase your package you will need to check with your card in advance to see what they cover.
Yes! In the state of Washington Craniosacral and Polarity Therapy are both governed by the DOH (Department of Health) under massage licensure. These modalities are both covered by insurance as forms of "massage" and billed as such.
*Insurance does not cover gift certificates or online sessions it only covers in-person 60-90 minute in person sessions.
