Welcome, Wise Women to this sacred, potent, ever-revealing tending of the deep chambers of the female body.
In these fast and furious times, I am so honored to slow and soften as we meet at the Oasis of the Pelvis .
Here we find not only our center of gravity, but of our pleasure, creativity, sexuality, and life force. We tend the muscles, nerves, bones, organs, fascia....all to support optimal flow of this energy and health throughout the entire body.
In this session, we begin with Pelvic Chalice and Womb Compass. We work structurally, muscularly, physiologically, energetically, & emotionally. I'll tend placement, mobility, and health of the Uterus & her ligament basket, as well as the Ovaries/Oviducts, Bladder, & Pelvic Root Diaphragm. We integrate this with all diaphragms and centers of the body such as throracic and cranial as a foundation. We work according to your healing, structural, and fertility needs.
We may focus on freeing and stabilizing the Pelvic Root muscles, and which affect the whole structure.
You may choose to progress into the inner Yoni work to focus on the root muscles and the pelvic muscles deep inside the bowl, or the position and tone of the Yoni or Anal Canals.
This work is also great for scar tissue remediation anywhere in the abdomen, internal organs, or perineum.
You may choose to do Yoni work to focus on healing and awakening the pleasure and sexual center. Here we work with releasing and renegotiating sexual and birth stories through the tissue of the Vulva, Yoni Opening, Yoni Canal, Cervix, and Anus.
You may choose to receive Breast Healing massage for circulation, release of bloating and stagnation, healing scar tissue, prep or post care for breast surgery, and movement of energies such as grief, nourishment, and love emanating from this feminine center.
This work is alchemy. It is a somatic dive into your inner intelligence, and following the body's unwinding of past imprints, traumas, stories, injuries, even habits such as posture.
As we work in the body we will listen, feel, talk, emote, perhaps sound and move according to your need.
We will also create connections through the body, tone and strengthen tissue - and I may give you exercises to do at home.
