All trainings may be taken individually (a la carte) or you may sign up for one of our certificate programs.

Individual classes are available to anyone who is mature and interested in personal OR professional development. Massage CE hours are available for all classes. CE credits may also be available for other healthcare practitioners.

These trainings are designed to build on one another. Though each class stands alone, moving through the modules with a cohort provides consistency, deeper learning, and a powerful sense of community. Please register for all classes early, and bookmark this page for updates.
