Polarity Two is the second course in the Associate Polarity Practitioner program building on the foundations for developing as an embodied energetic practitioner.
Learn all about your chakras, elements, and how to work with them!
There are seven main chakras, and five that are located in the body which correlate to the five elements found everywhere in nature.
In this class we will be doing more than learning the principles and theory behind the elements. As we Invoke each element through ritual, guided visualizations, movement, and more, we learn how to embody their unique qualities and recognize how they communicate.
In this class you will learn how to balance each element in your own body and how to work with them therapeutically utilizing:
polarity energy exercises
food and energetic nutrition
sound healing
color
movement
language
touch
creativity and artistic exploration
astrology
nature connection
and most of all bodywork!
In addition, we will explore the philosophical principles of these elemental energies, how they express in both balanced and imbalanced ways through our language, physicality, dis-ease, our circumstances, and how we can work with them to create and maintain balance and health in our lives.
This class is hands on and experiential. Each element is an initiation into an embodied healing experience with nature and self.
You will gain an understanding of how to work with the seven chakras, five elements, and polarity principles in order to evaluate and process the energy of your life on all levels; physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually.
Through bodywork, energy resolution, conscious integration, and community we heal ourselves in order to bring healing to others.

In the professional realm, because this class primarily involves hands on bodywork (clothed on a massage table), it is most applicable to individuals with a bodywork practice or those who have a license to work hands-on. However, many aspects of these protocols can be adapted to compliment other modalities and the information can certainly be applicable for anyone who wants to understand and work with energy in the body. Therefor, all are welcome.
This is a two part class that can be taken individually or together. This class follows the first three-day elemental journey, where we learn the unique language of the elements, how to embody them and bring them into balance through a variety of methods that do not employ physical hands-on bodywork. This second class in a two-part series focuses on the specific bodywork protocols that balance each of the chakras and elements. Both classes offer a multitude of therapeutic tools you can apply to your private practice or to any aspect of your life for both professional and personal growth.
As we embark on this transformative journey, we learn how to ride the waves of phenomenology. How to listen with our deeper and finer senses to the pulse and rhythm of nature and the universe.

My name is Amanda Lux and I am the creator of the Elevation Hive.
I am a board certified polarity practitioner, Registered Polarity Educator, Licensed massage therapist, and have taken many additional trainings and teacher trainings.
Some of these but not all include BodyMind Bridge Hypnotherapy, transformational life coaching, dream teacher training with Robert Moss, and yoga teacher training with a focus on somatics.
I have been practicing Polarity therapy and Craniosacral Unwinding professionally since 2004 and have had the opportunity to give somewhere in the vicinity of 10,000 sessions over nearly two decades of private practice.
I have been teaching Polarity professionally for five years and have been assisting classes and studying to teach since 2015.

*Many Polarity principles can easily be adapted and integrated into non-touch based modalities but this class is very much hands on and focuses on table work that is more suitable for bodyworkers.

This class will be held 15 min. outside of Olympia, WA on ten acres of sacred waterfront forest. The land supports one full-time family residence, one 30 foot geodesic classroom dome with views of Oyster Bay inlet and one nightly rental (with more coming). If you are traveling from out of town or would like to learn more, read the FAQ below.
The dome has heat and hot water for tea. There is a separate space on the property with a dedicated kitchen, bathroom, hardwood floors, and gorgeous views of the water. Directions will be provided via email upon registration.
The land offers many opportunities to deepen your learning experience, nourish and replenish.

If you have already paid full price for a class with me at this school, you may repeat it for half price the second time (unless it is being offered as an inclusive retreat- then there may be added costs).
You are welcome to repeat any class for free after the second time (as long as there is space).
It is very common for students to retake classes because the material gets richer and deeper every time. The energy changes with every group of people, and there is no better way to build community and hone your skills in a safe container. We love having repeat students as they raise the intelligence of the room and have so much insight to offer!
