One Transformational Tuning Session and guided meditation recording. This 60 minute online/ phone session is intended to help you establish goals and craft your intentions for the transformation you desire in your life and the work we will be doing together.
In this session we will tune to the frequency of what you are calling in, letting go of, transforming, honing, refining, designing. In addition to establishing and outlining your healing goals and desired outcomes, you will also receive a personalized recording of a Yoga Nidra style guided meditation created just for you.
*This could be scheduled before or after your first full session.
Five 90 minute in-person or online sessions (to be used within a three month period). You do not need to decide in advance what modalities we will use. We can decide when we design your package and/or at the time of each session based on what you need when you arrive.
Each bodywork session includes a custom essential oil blend (optional for those who are scent sensitive). You will also go home with a Polarity Wellness Plan offering elemental balancing suggestions using color, sound, affirmations, images, exercises, foods etc. .
Six Polarity Somatic Yoga classes (live in-person or pre-recorded video format).

I require 24 hours notice in advance to cancel or reschedule a session without a fee. If you do not show up without communicating you will be responsible for the full amount of the session. If you are sick or exposed to illness please reach out to me and we can move an in person session to online if it is possible. You will not be charged for cancelling last minute due to illness.
You may attend live in person or watch later on video. I will be offering these both in person and on video. You do not have to attend all or any of the Polarity Somatic Yoga sessions. They are included in the package price regardless of how many you attend.
I am contracted with Regence insurance. If you have Regence or Regence Uniform insurance I have optional packages and memberships available where I have applied the amount insurance reimburses to the total package cost for in person sessions.
Yes! I ask that we schedule them as in person or online in advance but it is also possible to change a session from in person to online if something arises. Online sessions will be on zoom and they can be recorded by request.
