This class is open to all mature individuals whether you are a bodywork or energy work practitioner or not.
Polarity Elemental Immersion is a required course our APP or Associate Polarity Practitioner program. Whether you have had Polarity one or are just stepping in, all are welcome to attend this retreat style course. We provide some options to stay on the land and offer gourmet catered meals and snacks. Rest, retreat, rejuvenate, receive, AND learn new tools for your life and/or practice.
This work will deepen and support other body and energy work healing modalities, and is also very complimentary for holistic professionals such as, acupuncturists, nurses, caregivers, somatic therapists, birth and death doulas, and space holders of all kinds.
All are welcome.
In this immersive and experiential retreat style workshop/class, we will learn the principles and theory behind the elements along with five somatic energetic elemental bodywork protocols.
We will learn how to balance each element in our own body as well as our clients bodies and how to work with the elements therapeutically utilizing:
Somatic energetic bodywork protocols

There are seven main chakras, and five that are located in the body which correlate to the five elements found everywhere in nature.
Learn how the elements express in both balanced and imbalanced ways through our language, physicality, dis-ease, and circumstances.
Learn how to recognize and facilitate energetic reorganization within the body to create and maintain balance and health which affects every aspect of our lives.
This class is hands on and experiential. Each element is an initiation into an embodied healing experience with nature and self.
You will gain an understanding of how to work with the seven chakras, five elements, and polarity principles in order to evaluate and process the energy of your life on all levels; physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually.
Through energy resolution, conscious integration, and community we heal ourselves in order to bring healing to others.
In this five-day elemental journey, we will be learning the unique language of the elements, how to embody them and bring them into balance.
We will learn all about the five physical chakras in the body which each correlate to an elemental matrix.
We will dive deep into the philosophy, science, and experiential aspects of each the elements.
Polarity Elements can be taken as a stand alone class and is also required for anyone wishing to go through the Polarity APP program, our Polarity Somatic Energy Medicine Practitioner Program as well as the Polarity Somatic Energetic Professional program.
Polarity Elements offers a multitude of therapeutic tools you can apply to your private practice or to any aspect of your life for both professional and personal growth.
As we embark on this transformative journey, we learn how to ride the waves of phenomenology, how to listen with our deeper and finer senses, and how to respond to the pulse and rhythm of nature and the universe as energy expressed through our physical being.
We are all made of all the elements.
My name is Amanda Lux and I am the creator of the Elevation Hive.
I am a board certified polarity practitioner, Registered Polarity Educator, Licensed massage therapist, and have taken many additional trainings and teacher trainings.
Some of these but not all include BodyMind Bridge Hypnotherapy, transformational life coaching, dream teacher training with Robert Moss, and yoga teacher training with a focus on somatics.
I have been practicing Polarity therapy and Craniosacral Unwinding professionally since 2004 and have had the opportunity to give somewhere in the vicinity of 10,000 sessions over nearly two decades of private practice.
I have been teaching Polarity professionally for five years and have been assisting classes and studying to teach since 2015.
My clients and students have been by far my greatest teachers!
We believe that all people who feel called, can cultivate their innate ability to tune into and work with energy. We are all energetic beings and this work is your birthright!
Therefor, this class is open to both practitioners and non-practitioners alike. It is legal in the state of Washington for anyone to take these classes.
Polarity therapy is also ruled by the board of massage therapy in the state of Washington, therefor, it can be charted and billed for as massage therapy.
Polarity is very complimentary for:
Licensed Massage therapists, craniosacral therapists, reflexologists
Physical therapists
Somatic practitioners or body centered psychotherapists
Yoga therapists
Medical professionals such as chiropractors, Naturopathic doctors, acupuncturists, midwives, doulas, death doulas, or other professionals who have a license to touch and want to incorporate body based energy work into their practice
In addition, Polarity can be easily adapted to support other energy healing modalities such as:
Reiki
Theta healing
Tantric Healing
Therapeutic Touch
Shamanic or energy healing
*Many Polarity principles can easily be adapted and integrated into non-touch based modalities.
Both Polarity One and Two are required for our Polarity Somatic Energy Medicine Practitioner program.
All mature individuals are welcome to take this class whether they want the information for professional purposes or not.
This work is not appropriate for children, mentally or emotionally unstable individuals, and although many of the bodywork protocols are adaptable, it may not be accessible for individuals who are differently abled or unable to stand or sit at a massage table and work with a client who is laying down.

This class will be held 15 min. outside of Olympia, WA on ten acres of sacred waterfront forest. The land supports one full-time family residence, one 30 foot geodesic classroom dome with views of Oyster Bay inlet and one nightly rental (with more coming). If you are traveling from out of town or would like to learn more, read the FAQ below.
The dome has heat and hot water for tea. There is a separate space on the property with a dedicated kitchen, bathroom, hardwood floors, and gorgeous views of the water. Directions will be provided via email upon registration.
The land offers many opportunities to deepen your learning experience, nourish and replenish.

If you have already paid full price for a class with me at this school, you may repeat it for half price the second time (unless it is being offered as an inclusive retreat- then there may be added costs).
You are welcome to repeat any class for free after the second time (as long as there is space).
It is very common for students to retake classes because the material gets richer and deeper every time. The energy changes with every group of people, and there is no better way to build community and hone your skills in a safe container. We love having repeat students as they raise the intelligence of the room and have so much insight to offer!

Currently we have a one bedroom cottage with a queen bed and a slightly smaller than full size Murphy bed in the living room. In addition, we have one smaller dome and one adorable tiny home, and one vintage trailer.
