  ** In order to practice this work it is required that you receive a minimum of one private sessions with Amanda Lux. This one private session is included in the program fee. Receiving more than one session over a longer period of time with either Amanda Lux (see my three month session package ) or with another Polarity based coach she can recommend to you will support you on the professional level exponentially more than a single session, but it is not required or included in the price.

We have included the first day only of each class because this is the day that offers important history, context, and off-the-body practitioner skills that are absolutely foundational to creating a resonant relationship with your client.

The additional days of these classes include touch-based bodywork but you are encouraged to join for those as well only if you want a more thorough understanding of the work and ideas for how to adapt it for off-the-body applications.
